Good Afternoon, We are gathered here among family and friends to Honor and remember Paul Eugene Robinson. Some of us knew him as Robby ……….some Papa….Some Dad. But to all of us he was special. As Robby he fulfilled a life that only knew struggle For His wife Lori. He made her feel happy …secure and loved after many years of lacking it... They found each other embraced each others differences and they shared 30 years of experiences that many would envy. In a word They were happy. As Dad he gave us the thing we needed but didn’t know …wanted but couldn’t get. Believed in but didn’t hope for. He gave us a Family... He gave us a Dad… I call him my Father because he earned the title He Married Mom while we three were teenagers. He knew what he was getting into. We knew he loved her... But, what man would raise one child to adulthood and then want to raise three more?.. Teenagers at that! I was pretty sure he was Crazy As Papa, He was wisdom. He was caring and teaching, He was our children’s connection with the past…There was never any question who their Papa was. Or Is . He was so many things to so many people. And we all could use a little of that right now. What he is to us now lives in our hearts. Our memories are many and each day will comfort us while we live on. At this Moment we have to accept the loss and appreciate every day we were given. I know that he is in God’s tender care and had nothing to explain when he arrived. He was and is a good man,.
